The Coordinator of your Master Program will guide you through the steps of the application procedure and will provide you with all necessary information concerning your chosen study program.
Additionally, the Graduate School implements a system of honorary tutorship for admitted applicants. Senior students support a small group of newcomers during the first few weeks. This way tutoring starts even before you actually arrive in Offenburg/Gengenbach.
Your tutor will help you to get established in Offenburg/Gengenbach and lead you to move independently in your daily life. Tutoring starts with picking you up at the train station, helping you in getting to your room or contacting your landlord, assisting with bureaucratic procedures like registration at the foreign affairs office, insurance, bank account and more, showing you around or just taking you out for a coffee.In many cases, such contacts lead to long-term friendships.
